Payment Information
To make a payment through the DSK Bank virtual POS terminal, you will need to enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV/CVC code. If your card is enrolled in the 3-D Secure program (MasterCard Identity Check or VISA Secure), you will need to enter your 3-D password to confirm the transaction.

Data Processing
At www.arcanum-va.com,we do not store or process your card details. All information is entered by you only on the secure page of the partner bank.

Currency and Prices
Regardless of the currency of your bank account, transactions are processed in Euros according to your bank’s current exchange rate. All prices include VAT.

Refunds
If a refund is required, a full or partial refund will be made to the card used for payment within 5 business days.

Payment Limit
For security reasons, the maximum amount for card payments is €40,000.
